Art Enthusiasts

I just shot a super nice couple and their home for Modern Luxury magazine. They are art enthusiasts, with an absolutely amazing collection. I shot a couple portraits of them and then quite a few shots of their house and collection. It is going to be a 3 page spread, so I shot quite a few images. Here are the two set ups I did for the portraits. The interior shots you'll have to wait for, they will be published in Dec. I'll probably post them after they come out.

My assistants and I were so nervous walking around artwork that cost more than my house.

Gettin Dirty

So I am doing this personal project, not real sure what I'm calling it yet, or even how extensive it is going to be. I went to Mudstock 09 to shoot the 4,000 ATV riders driving through the biggest mud pits I have ever seen. It was four days long. I wanted to capture the whole culture that is so enthralled with this. I took my lights and equipment and wanedt to shoot it with more of an artistic feel, rather than just journalistically. I had a really good time, and plan on going back to other such events and shooting some more. I want to record sound and some video to make up a whole multi media part of it.

Thanks Mud Militia, for making me feel so welcomed, feeding me, and showing me around. You guys were awesome. I look forward to the next ride.

Daytime/Evening makeup

This is from an editorial shoot I did a few weeks ago. The story was over the Hair/Make-up stylist L.B. Rosser (extremely good) and the fashionable daytime/nighttime looks. So here it is... The next time you see me out at night I will have my dramatic, shadowy eyes.
The model was Kiley Wirtz. She was fantastic, made my job so easy.

Homeowners/Designers

Here are some of my shots from the Oct. issue of Modern Luxury magazine. The story was on homeowners that were apart of designing their own houses. I love being in creative people's homes. It is really inspiring. Makes me want to go home and start a few projects of my own. Guess I would need to finish some old projects before I start other ones though.

Main Event Cover

Here is the cover of a Main Event brochure we just finished. It is to appeal to the business types. To say, "Hey, you know you corporate peeps want to get drunk and bowl".
It was all put together pretty quickly, but went really great. Brooke did a great job on the creative side. I look forward to the next one.

The Hills Amazing Home

Just a couple shots from a recent shoot I did. The Hills were great to work with. Their house was gorgeous.
