D Magazine - Nurses

I shot this feature for D Magazine that is out on stands now.  These are some of the top nurses in Dallas.  They were all very kind and fantastic to work with.

Balcones

One of the coolest photo shoots I have ever been on.  To have Chip Tate (founder/distiller) give me and my whisky loving assistant a private tour of the distillery, giving us every detail of the process was unbelievable.  I probably asked him 50 questions, it was really intriguing to me.  We had a great shoot with him, then we had a private tasting with Chip of their 7 award winning whiskys.  Amazing!

One of the outtakes that wasn't picked.  I like it a lot though.

Beautiful Day with Donkeys

I had the assignment from Benefits Selling Magazine to shoot this amazing Dallas broker.  I called her and we talked about a location to shoot and the concept.  I wasn't satisfied with the location we had talked about (some new shopping center by the lake), and then she said something about having donkeys on her property.  "Ding, Ding, that sounds perfect, let me run it by my photo editor" I said.

D CEO magazine Feb

I shot a couple of features for the D CEO magazine that is out now.  They were really fun assignments. One was of Carl Sparks, the CEO of Travelocity, with the famous "roaming gnome".  The other was of a brilliant man that helps start (incubates) small start up companies.  Both gentlemen were extremely nice and easy to work with, the gnome on the other hand was a little grumpy at first, but we warmed up to each other toward the end.

I had the opportunity to shoot the cover shot and feature of the new Dallas Perot Museum for Modern Luxury this past month.  It is an absolutely amazing building!
