Water Thirst Today

I've donated a shot from my Liberia series to the WaterThirstToday show. It's happening this Sat. (Feb. 26th) at 333 First Avenue, Dallas. TX 75226. It's a fundraiser to support clean water in Africa. It's going to be a great show with great impact. Come on out if you can.

I made the news, haha. Well, my Liberia picture did.

The Satorialist

Here is a really well done video of the Satorialist. If you don't know the Satorialist, watch this video and find out. He is a really neat photographer with a sweet gig.

Damon K Clark (Behind the Scenes)

Shot some video for a personal project of one of the most amazing vocalist I've ever heard live. Damon K. Clark is a jazz singer in Dallas. "Simply the most gifted male vocalist in DFW. Incredible!" - D Magazine.
Not only is he ridiculously talented, he is the extremely kind and gracious. We shot video of him downtown and in my studio until 2:30am. And all he asked for was a Big Mac for payment. We had a great time. Dustin Bailey is editing the video now, but once its finished I'll post it. Here is a short "behind the scenes" to wet your appetite though. (this audio is just with the in camera mic, the other video will have much better audio quality)

Surge On Smith

So my wife Kelly just finished recording her first album. The bands name is Surge On Smith. It will be a 5 song EP. It really sounds amazing, and I don't say that just because I'm married to her. Thanks to Jordan Critz (music producer), it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. She co-wrote with our good friend Jonathan Reuel (most creative guy I know). So it's going to be mastered now and we have to mass produce the album, and finish up the artwork for it all, but I'll let you know when its out.

So here are a couple shots I did for them for press kits and promotion stuff.

Burn Ignite- Ridiculous video

One of the best videos I've seen in a while. It's exciting to see this ridiculous creativity, but also makes me angry that I didn't shoot it. Hahaha. It's good though, its a good challenge seeing great work like this. Makes me want to go shoot.

Texas Back Institute

Here is a video I shot for the Texas Back Institute. The shoot went really well. Fantastic working with Mitch and Lee from The Point Group. Couldn't have went smoother. Great work by Dustin Bailey editing also, he's a superstar.
